4.  Business/Team building events and Leadership development through Off-road experience

Team building events are a great way to facilitate bonding with your team members, reduce employee stress, give them the chance to get to know one another outside of the office and to strengthen your leaders/management team’s leadership skills.

So, how can 4×4 Off-road event help in strengthening leadership skills? Well, we have prepared some interesting team building challenges to be accomplished during driving an off-road trail and every car chooses its own leader who will lead them in reaching their objectives. Every car will have our own coach/instructor who is certified by Resource Management International (RMI) to observe and provide feedback to every leader of how they were doing during leading their teams to solve the challenge. Written reports are prepared for the client company and their leaders.

It is 1-day Leadership Development Building event that will last for 6-8 hours that will bring your team together and will help your leaders develop their motivational skills, feedback providing skills and clear expectations communication skills to the next level while enjoying the nature and off-road driving.

• Welcome and theoretical part of off-road driving.
• Presentation of challenges for each vehicle.
• Presentation of coaches and explanation of the process of assessing the achievement of goals/challenges.
• Tour of the route and demonstration drive by instructors.
• Off-road driving under the supervision of an instructor.
